The rooms at Boutique Casa De La Palma were gorgeous and spacious, with high ceilings and colonial-style furnishings. The beds were large and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel is situated in a quiet location just a few steps away from the bustling Zocalo, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The staff, especially the receptionist, were friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the bathroom had ample hot water for a refreshing shower. The added bonus of a balcony in our room provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the view. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a slight smell on the stairs and the lack of bathroom lighting, our overall experience at Boutique Casa De La Palma was exceptional. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Puebla.

Great complementary breakfast and friendly staff. In a prime location, near many attractions. the room had a beautiful, charming design.
No air conditioning or fans which made it too hot for sleeping, and was noisy from street traffic and other rooms.
